Each participant receives a mini fabric patch or hoop to embroider a symbol, word, or design that expresses a personal or team value—such as unity, growth, strength, or gratitude. Whether framed individually or joined into a collaborative display, the final pieces hold deep emotional meaning. Perfect for slow-paced, expressive experiences that nurture self-awareness, creativity, and connection. 🌿 Mystic Gardens Studio – Booking Policy 1. 📅 Booking Confirmation All workshops must be booked at least 10 working days in advance for proper preparation. Bookings are only confirmed upon: Full payment (for public sessions), or A signed quotation + 50% deposit (for group/corporate sessions) 2. 💳 Payment Terms > Public Workshops: Full payment via website or Pay Now is required. > Corporate/Group Bookings: 50% deposit upon confirmation; remaining 50% due 3 days before the event. > Custom/Offsite Workshops: Extra charges may apply for transport, premium materials, or setup (outlined in your quote). 3. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Public Bookings: Cancel > 10 days before = full refund Cancel ≤ 10 days or no-show = no refund Re-schedule once if requested ≥ 10 days in advance Corporate/Group Bookings: Cancel >10 days = full refund (minus admin fee if any) Cancel ≤ 10 working days = no refund One re-schedule allowed with ≥ 10 days' notice 4. 👥 Minimum Attendance A minimum of 10 participants is required for all workshops (unless otherwise stated). If minimum isn’t met, Mystic Gardens may postpone, consolidate, or cancel, with options for a refund or credit. 5. ⏰ Workshop Conduct Please be punctual. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be denied entry. Materials are for in-session use unless otherwise stated. 6. 📸 Photography & Media Photos/videos may be taken for marketing.
